Chai에서 일하는 가치 중 1번은 "Everyone's an owner"입니다.

우리는 '나'의 일과 '너'의 일을 구분하지 않고, 주어진 환경과 범위를 넘어서 서비스의 'owner' 처럼 능동적으로 실행하는 팀을 지향합니다. 이 가치에 따라 Chai는 모든 구성원들이 실질적으로 ownership을 가질 수 있는 기회를 드리고자 우수한 성과를 보여주신 구성원을 대상으로 stock option을 부여하는 'EO' (Everyone's an Owner) 프로그램을 운영합니다.

The 1st principle we defined in how we work at Chai is 'Everyone's an owner'.

Rather than worrying about my role vs. other's role, we look for Chai People who have deep ownership mindset and proactively push the boundaries of growth.  We have such people at Chai today, and in order to align them further to company's future success, we are rolling out a stock option program called 'EO' (Everyone's an Owner).

• EO 프로그램은 1년 이상 재직자 중 연간 2회 진행되는 평가에서 상위 15-20%의 평가를 받으신 분을 대상으로 stock option을 부여하는 프로그램입니다.

• Chai의 stock option 행사가는 $1로 설정되어 있으므로 즉시 가치를 지니게 됩니다.

• EO 프로그램은 1회성의 프로그램이 아니라 지속적으로 운영 되는 프로그램이며, 이미 선정이 되신 분들도 매 2회 평가 마다 지속적으로 추가적인 Stock option을 부여 받을 수 있습니다.

• Through EO program, we will be giving Chai People who ranked top 15-20% in the previous 2review cycles and have been with Chai for more than 1 year the opportunity to receive stock options.

• The strike price for the stock option will be priced at $1 giving it immediate value.

• EO program is not a one-time program, but one that persists on an ongoing basis, and those who did qualify this cycle will also get opportunities to qualify over & over again every 2 subsequent review cycles.

We are very fortunate that Chai has uncapped ceiling in how far we can grow.  As the economy inevitably turns more and more digital, we are innovating on the single most fundamental infrastructure: payments.  We will constantly push to roll out our tech to not only Korea but for the nearly 1 billion population across East and SE Asia.  And the roads that we pave today via payments, we believe, will become the core component of the next generation of finance.
