우리는 주어진 자원과 환경의 범위 안에서 무엇을 할 수 있는지를 고민하기보다는, CHAI의 고객을 위해 가장 좋은 것이 무엇인지를 먼저 고민한 다음, 그것을 가능하게 하는 방법을 스스로 찾아서 실행합니다.

• 우리는 어느 선 까지가 아닌, 개인이 할 수 있는 최고를 해냅니다.

• 우리는 미래를 예측하고 선제적으로 실행합니다

• 같은 실수를 반복하지 않기 위해, 실수와 미흡함의 내용과 개선점을 최대한 빨리 모두에게 공유합니다.

• 우리는 ’나’의 일과 ‘너’의 일을 구분하느라 시간을 쓰지 않습니다. 우리가 해야 할 일인지 아닌 지만 판단하고 해야 할 일이라면 바로 실행합니다.
